Not Recommended！！！ I stayed at a twin room at A&O Hotel Dresden Hauptbahnhof, and while the price was low, so was the overall experience. The room is extremely small — around 10 square meters, which may be fine for one person, but definitely too cramped for two. I felt like I was in a budget hotel in Hong Kong, not in Eastern Germany. If this were A&O Hotel Hong Kong, I wouldn’t even complain — but this is Dresden, and space shouldn’t be an issue. The worst part, however, was the cleanliness. I found a used dental floss on the floor, clearly left by the previous guest. It was so disgusting I couldn’t even bring myself to take a photo. On top of that, the walls were covered with various marks and stains of unknown origin, which made the room feel even less hygienic. Thankfully, I only noticed the floss on the last night. Another unpleasant surprise: although I was traveling alone, I was told I had to pay city tax for two people, simply because I booked a twin room. In Italy and Spain, similar hotels never charged me double in such cases. After spending 30 minutes at check-in trying to clarify, I gave up and paid the extra tax, just wanting to lie down and rest. Then I discovered that my room was right next to the elevator — a terrible location. I heard people going in and out until 3 AM. When I asked to switch rooms, the answer was simply: “No.” I had booked 4 nights, non-refundable, so I stayed. By the last day, I wasn’t even angry anymore — just numb. Unless you truly have no other options, I would not recommend staying at A&O Dresden. 真心別住這家，非要我現場一個人付兩人四晚的城市稅，後面吵了半天同意了，後面欺負人安排電梯房，找丫說沒房間了還不給換房間，我住了四晚渡劫了算是。

地理位置很方便房間也算舒適，但共用廚房超級小⋯房間也沒有熱水壺可以使用⋯那時候遇到霸佔廚房的一群人⋯等了一個小時完全沒有空的器具可以使用😭晚餐餓肚子了⋯而且想要聯絡飯店詢問細節卻都一直沒辦法在這裡等客服得到回覆⋯

Its so nice experience, but we cant rest at night because of the noisiness outside.

아이들과 함께한 여행이었고 2층 침대와 싱글 침대2개 구성 룸으로 예약했습니다 침대시트와 이불,베게커버는 내가 직접 껴야합니다 그건 이해합니다 그런데 우선 지저분 합니다 2층 침대 옆부분에 남는공간이 있는데 엄청 더럽고 이물질들이 그대로 있습니다 청소 자체를 안하는것같고 2층 침대 매트리스 받침대에는 그냥 이물질이 쌓여있습니다 음식찌꺼기, 먼지, 모레 등등 이불, 베게는 머리카락이 계속 나옵니다 청소를 제대로 해야합니다 지금까지 이용했던 a&o 중에서 청소상태는 최악입니다 그리고 침대옆 충전 시설은 모두 고장입니다 수리가 필요합니다 렌트카로 이용할때 주차요금은 받지 않았고 바로옆 aldi가 있어서 편합니다

タオルは有料だった。ベッドのUSBが壊れてたのでベッドを変更して貰った。それ以外は特に問題無い。時期的になのか、子供が沢山宿泊していた。

Das Hotel liegt ca. 400 bis 500m vom HBF entfernt. Für mich ist das ein altes DDR Bürogebäude, welches zum Hotel umgestaltet wurde. Unser Hotelzimmer war spartanisch ausgestattet. Zwei Stahl-Bettgestelle mit einer eher härteren Matratze. Größere Personen ( ab 185cm ) können mit den Füßen am höheren Ende vom Bettgestell anstoßen. Es stand ein Tisch im Zimmer. Einen Kleiderschrank gab es nicht. Nur einen kleinen Ständer, um Jacken oder Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Bad ist klein. Waschbecken, Dusche Toilette. Alles relativ gut benutzbar. Frühstücken kann man auch aber wir nutzen lieber die Bäcker in der Stadt . Das Hotel ist gut und für einfache Ansprüche sowie kleinen Geldbeutel geeignet.

中央駅から徒歩10分ほどのところにある。21時ごろのチェックインだとまわりはどこもやっていない。 サービスに関して、著いてから5分ほど受付の人が誰もいなかったなど不満があった。

非常に清潔で良かったが少しマットレスが硬かった。接客は良かったが修學旅行生がうるさかった。概ね満足している。
